Downstream from the village of Phey, a track along the Indus River leads to the headquarters of the NGO Secmol. Three rocks on the plateau overlooking the stream and river, near the photovoltaic facilities. Another rock at the northwestern end of the campus.
Sonam Angchuk was aware of the existence of the 4 rocks and care was taken of them during the construction work.
