Comments on the environment: Left bank of the river Zanskar. Piles of an ancient bridge are clearly visible on both banks: at the site and opposite. Opposite, a path from the bridge (collapsed bridge), with visible stone supports, leads to the ruins of a tower on a spur overlooking the site.
